About me

I provide private psychological assessment and EMDR therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Above all, I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I have worked with people across the lifespan in a variety of settings. During my clinical training in London, I worked at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, an organisation internationally recognised for its contribution to mental health research and treatment. This experience shaped my commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality psychological care.

Since qualifying in 2015, I have had the privilege of working and training alongside leading psychologists in both Ireland and the UK. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, and I remain mindful of how personal history, relationships, and wider life experiences shape emotional well-being.

My professional aim is to help people not only to overcome psychological difficulties, but to feel more confident, connected, and able to move forward in their lives. I understand that seeking support can feel like a big step. My role is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels manageable, offering both expertise and compassion throughout the process.

Alongside my clinical work, I have been involved in research and university teaching in Ireland and the UK. I integrate this clinical and academic experience to ensure the care I provide is informed by the best available evidence, while always tailored to the individual sitting in front of me.
